Issue Summary

While adding attachment via drag and drop on chrome version 142.0.7444.135, it doesn't add attachment and the screen keeps flickering.

The issue is not reproducible with Jira 10.3.8 and latest 10.3.x on the same chrome version.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a new issue

• Try adding attachment via drag and drop on chrome 142.0.7444.135

Expected Results

The attachment should get added successfully.

Actual Results

Attachment doesn't gets added and the screen keeps flickering. Kindly refer to the screen recording

Workaround

• Try adding attachment via browse functionality.

• Use Firefox for adding attachment via drag and drop
