Issue Summary

Multiple webhooks are triggered upon updating assignee and Sprint field in Transition screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a transition screen in the transition of the workflow.
2. update the Assignee and Sprint field on the Transition screen.
3. User can update any field along with Assignee. 

Expected Results

Only One webhook event should be triggered

Actual Results

Observed multiple webhook events are triggered.

Additional info

There may be other combinations of fields along with assignee which also needs to be considered while addressing this issue.
