      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to `secure/AccessibilityPersonalSettings!default.jspa`
      2. Scroll down and click "Give Feedback" button

      Expected Results

      Dark themed dialog

      Actual Results

      White themed dialog

      Workaround

      Use light theme
