Issue Summary

Viewing activity on the Activity Tab shows incorrect time compared to other tabs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the System and User profile time zone to UTC
2. Disable Display standard dates in Jira server
3. Add a comment to the ticket.

Expected Results

All the tabs, like Activity, Comment, and History, should display uniform time.

Actual Results

The Activity tab displays the wrong time (different time zone)

Workaround

It seems like the Activity tab takes the browser’s time zone. If we adjust the browser’s time zone to UTC, the time drift is fixed. All the testing was done on browser’s time zone as IST.
