Description
Issue Summary
When viewing the Activity tab in an issue, the time for the item doesn't match the real time the activity happened - the time seems to always be in UTC.
Hovering the cursor over the date, shows the correct date.
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to an issue
- Post a comment
- Navigate to the Activity tab
- Check an activity
Expected Results
The comment date should match the activity date.
Actual Results
The activity date is at a different timezone.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
