Issue Summary

Basically, this behaviour is actually similar the following report (which I believe it is actually a regression from the previous JIRA itself):

• JRA-25505
• JRA-21586
• JRASERVER-37267

Steps to reproduce this behaviour:

1. Click on Create issue button, this will open a dialog box.
2. From there try to fill up all the required field
3. Click on the Create button multiple times

Expected results:

It is possible to create one issue only.

Actual results:

Multiple duplicate issues created with the same Summary field being created.

Workaround:

Right click on the Create issue button and then select open link in new tab. This will disable the create button once clicked.
