Problem Definition

Since Jira 10, dialogs for issue creation (and other alerts that contain links) no longer auto close.

This is a result of the bug fix under: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-75718.

However, it should be down to the customer to allow if these banners should continue to auto close, and how long it takes to do so.

Suggested Solution

Allow admins to specify if certain dialogs should still auto close, and the timeout for this.

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround for this.
