Issue Summary
When a ticket is created or an attachment is added, the confirmation popup message remains visible until the browser is refreshed. This behaviour can negatively impact user experience, as it does not automatically dismiss and stays on the current page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create multiple tickets using the "Create Issue" button from the same page.
- The pop-up messages that appear upon creation do not disappear and remain visible on the screen.

- Similarly, when we add an attachment to the ticket, the confirmation popup message does not disappear. Instead, it accumulates each time we add multiple attachments to the same ticket.

Expected Results
The confirmation popup message that appears after creating an issue or adding an attachment should automatically disappear after a short period.
Actual Results
The confirmation popup message that appears after creating an issue or adding an attachment does not disappear and remains displayed on the screen.
Workaround
Refreshing the browser will remove all confirmation popup messages from the screen, or you can close all the popup messages manually.
