View system dashboard : Inappropriate heading structure

      Issue Summary

      The texts such as “Set up wallboard slideshow” and "Display options", are marked as heading level 2 and heading level 3 in the modal dailog.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open "Jira - Home" page.
      2. Navigate to the header section and activate "Dashboards" expand button.
      3. Navigate and activate "View System Dashboard" button.
      4. Navigate and activate "Tools > Set up wallboard slideshow" in main content area.
      5. Navigate through the page using the down arrow (JAWS/NVDA) and VO+Left arrow/Right arrow (VoiceOver).
      6. Observe that the mentioned text has incorrect heading mark-up as per visual hierarchy.

      Actual Results

      The heading structure was found to be inappropriate for the “Set up wallboard slideshow” text which is coded using <h2> inappropriately instead of h1 and "Display options" text which is coded using <h3> inappropriately instead of h2.

      As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the page content structure.

      Expected Results

      Use heading levels as per specification such as <h1> should be followed by <h2>, <h3> and so on. It is recommended that the discussed issue be addressed as screen reader users rely on headings heavily to understand the page structure.

      Provide <h1> to the “Set up wallboard slideshow” text and <h3> to the "Display options" text.

      Workaround
