With Microsoft expanding their functionality with Azure Active Directory and Crowd supporting a sync, we would like to have Azure Active Directory support withing Jira Server/Software.  This would greatly help our world-wide efforts within our company. 

Primarily we want to ensure users are de-provisioned when they are inactivated/expired/deleted from our Azure account or from a B2B company within Azure.  The only way to ensure this is to have a sync as JIT (just in time) provisioning of users requires the user to authenticate and login before any updates are done from the authentication token.  We would like this to be more proactive via a sync.
