Issue Summary
When uploading a logo to Jira on the Look and Feel page, Jira attempts to match the logo colors and adjust the color scheme accordingly. In certain scenarios, this functionality sets both the background and foreground colors to the same value, rendering the text hidden in the user interface:
Steps to Reproduce
- Upload a logo like the one attached to this ticket:
.
- Click "Upload" and wait for the page to reload.
Expected Results
The color scheme is adjusted without causing any text to be hidden due to identical background and foreground colors.
Actual Results
Depending on the colors in the file, Jira may create color schemes that are unreadable.
Workaround
You can manually revert the individual colors to fix the problem. In the screenshot provided with this bug report, you would need to revert the color for: *Drop-down menu item - text color*.
