Problem

When setting the value of Drop-down menu item - text color in look and feel menu to white (#ffffff) , Jira's left side menu options become invisible.

Environment

Jira 9.15.0

Steps to Reproduce

• Open Administration menu on Jira 9.15.0
• Go to Look and Feel menu
• Update Drop-down menu item - text color to white (#ffffff)
• Update Header - separator color to white (#ffffff)
• Update Header - text color to white (#ffffff)
• Refresh the page

Expected Results

Left side system menu options are still visible and do not get impacted by the color change

Actual Results

Left side menu options are hidden (white text on white background)

Workaround

Break the white on white colors and set a different color for "Drop-down menu item - text color"
