Problem Definition
Our Creating issues using the CSV importer KB article states that users can create or update issues using the CSV import functionality. This is true for Jira Administrators, but regular users won't be able to update existing issues. This limitation is tracked in the following Feature Request: JRASERVER-66962
Suggested Solution
Update this documentation to warn users that updating issues using CSV import is only possible for Jira Administrators. Please also add a link to JRASERVER-66962 so we can get more visibility for users who are looking for this feature for non-admin users.
