This version of JIRA is unrecognized by the Atlassian Marketplace. It might be a non-standard build or be too new to appear

Issue Summary

When accessing to Manage Apps the following message is displayed
"This version of JIRA is unrecognized by the Atlassian Marketplace. It might be a non-standard build or be too new to appear".

It is not allowed to install new apps.
It only occurs on 5.11.3

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a fresh Jira 5.11.3
2. Go to Manage apps

Expected Results

No message should be displayed and new apps should be able to install.

Actual Results

No apps can be downloaded. "Find new apps" link is no longer available.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
