      2. Navigate to the "Details" link and activate it.

      Actual Results

      The “Get help“ link at the beginning of the page has been marked up as a heading (<h2>) element unnecessarily. However, it does not constitute a heading of the page.

      As a result, screen reader users will find it difficult to understand the structure of the content present on the page.

      Expected Results

      Screen reader should not identify the link as a heading for their users.

      Remove the <a> element outside the <a> heading element. If required, use CSS to maintain the presentation of the page.

      Code Example:

      <h2>Edit Current Filter</h2>
      <a class="help-lnk" href="https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/jsw-docs-0912/Saving+your+search+as+a+filter#editing_filters" data-helplink="online" target="_jirahelp" resolved="" aria-describedby="aui-tooltip">
          <span class="aui-icon aui-icon-small aui-iconfont-help">Get help!</span>
      </a>
