Find an issue: Inappropriate heading structure

      Issue Summary

      The "Subscriptions" heading text is inappropriately defined using <h4> element.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the "Find an issue" page.
      2. Save any filter.
      3. Navigate onto the "Details" link present in the main content area and activate it.
      4. Observe a pop-up gets added on the page.
      5. Navigate onto the mentioned instance present in the pop-up and inspect the code.
      6. Observe that the mentioned instance have incorrect heading mark-up as per visual hierarchy.

      Actual Results

      The mentioned heading text does not follow the visual structure of the non-modal dialog. It is inappropriately defined as heading level 4 instead of heading level 2. As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to understand the pop-up content structure.

      Expected Results

      The heading levels should correctly convey the relationship between the headings, such as the parent-child relationship between the headings. Provide appropriate heading level to the mentioned heading text i.e <h2>.
