Issue Summary

Duplicate Tickets are created when Created button is hit multiple times

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

• Login to Jira and Create an Issue under Jira Software Project or Jira ServiceManagement project.
• Open the Issue in view Screen
• Click on '+' symbol to create a Sub-task
• Enter all the details and Click on 'Create' button multiple times

Expected Results

Only one issue should get created

Actual Results

Multiple Sub-task is created

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
