Allow child options in cascading drop-downs to be optional

Problem Definition

When you set a Cascading drop-down field as required, it will make all parent and child values required. However, there are times when only the parent value is required, not the child value.

Suggested Solution

Make it possible to configure if both child and parent should be required, or only the parent option

Workaround

As a workaround for this, we recommend setting a default value for the child option.
