Allow administrators to change the color of the "info" icon next to user names

      Problem Definition

      Extending JSDSERVER-12173, where the possibility to remove the "info" icon next to user names is being requested, administrators should also be able to change the icon's color.

      Suggested Solution

      Add an option in the Look and feel page from Jira to edit the icon's color.
