Allow Group usage to be pulled via API

      Group usage for the following can currently be found via the UI:

      • Permission Schemes
      • Notification Schemes
      • Issue Security Schemes
      • Shared filters

      Usage can also be determined via SQL queries, as described in the KB How to identify group usage in Jira

      Currently, there is no way to pull any of this information from the API. This suggestion would be to make this information available to the API for easy discernment of group usage within a Jira instance
