      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on the Data Center: (yes) 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to the dashboard or any section  except the default issue creation 
      2. Please select the Create button to create an issue
      3. Select the drop-down of the Fix version field to find the release versions 

      Expected Results

      1. Fix version drop-down should list the release versions in a categorized way.

      Actual Results

      1. Fix version drop-down does not list the release versions in a categorized way.

      Workaround

      Issue creation needs to be done from default issue creation  > CreateIssue!default.jspa (create a ticket in a full create screen)
