We sometimes get support requests from users who are having issues with configuring their dashboard. Since some of them are abroad (from the helpdesk), the helpdesk admins cannot walk physically to help with the configuration and handling the issues is often hard over the phone, especially given sometimes long time differences. To provide help efficiently, an administrator should be able to pick a specific user and edit their dashboard settings. This could be achieved by the user telling the admin their password but it's such a bad security practice that it cannot be used in practice.
