Description
Issue Summary
The first link "Style" in the toolbar is not announced appropriately when JAWS users navigate to it from the beginning of the "Create issue" modal dialog.
Note that this issue is applicable only with JAWS + Chrome and JAWS + Edge. With all other browsers, such as VoiceOver + Safari, NVDA + Firefox, and JAWS + Firefox, the issue is not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the page in Google Chrome or Edge browsers.
- Turn on JAWS.
- Navigate inside "create issue" modal dialog.
- Navigate to the "Style" element.
- Observe that all the elements of the modal dialog are announced at once.

Actual Results
When JAWS users navigate onto the "Style" link in the toolbar, all the elements of the "Create issue" modal are announced at once instead of the element in focus. This might confuse or disorient the users. That the first element of the toolbar is announced after too many elements may mislead them and they may find navigating the page cognitively challenging.
Expected Results
Make sure that only the element that has been focused is announced for the users.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
