Issue Summary

Non descriptive headings provided on kanban board when any swimlane is used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Kanban board page. 
2. Turn on screen reader & navigate through headings 
3. Observe that few non-descriptive headings <h3> are provided.

Actual Results

On kanban board non-descriptive headings <h3> such as "gh.board.column.heading.with.swimlane" are provided. 

This makes screen reader Users difficult to understand the purpose of headings.

The headings on the page should be descriptive. Provided headings as per the respective columns.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
