Description
Problem
csvImporter return blank screen for detailed logs after Jira 9.5+.
No errors in logs could indicate a Log4J issue, as issue is reproducible only in Jira versions using Log4j2.
Environment
Jira Server/DC 9.5+ over Windows, any database
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Jira import wizard > CSV and perform an import
- After the import is complete, click on "download a detailed log" of this import
Expected Results
- A new window will open with <Jira_Base_URL>/rest/jira-importers-plugin/1.0/importer/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-importers-plugin:csvImporter/log and show the detailed log for the import
Actual Results
- It opens a blank window for <Jira_Base_URL>/rest/jira-importers-plugin/1.0/importer/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-importers-plugin:csvImporter/log, no content is showed.
Workaround
No workaround available yet.
Notes
Issue is reproducible in Windows servers running Jira 9.5+, with any database.
Jira 9.5+ over Linux present no problem, it returns expected results.
