Issue Summary

Project category is shown as undefined if there are no active projects in the project category

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project category (e.g. "test")
2. Create one project and add it to the category
3. Archive the project

Expected Results

Project category should be displayed for the archived project

Actual Results

If no active projects are associated with the project category, the project category comes as undefined. However, if there is at least one active project associated with the category, the project category is displayed correctly.
