Issue Summary

The description of the workflow transition does not appear in the hover tooltip.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a new workflow transition and give it a name.
2. Give the new workflow transition a description that is different from its name.
3. Add the workflow transition to the default screen.
4. Navigate to any issue and hover the mouse pointer over the workflow transition.

Expected Results

The description of the workflow transition appears in the hover tooltip.

Actual Results

The name of the transition appears in the hover tooltip instead.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when/if available.
