Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any issue
2. Select "All" activity tab as active
3. Add a new comment

Expected Results

New comment should appear in the activity tab content once posted.

Actual Results

The new comment does not appear in the activity tab content once posted.

Workaround

One of:

• Switch to "Comments" activity tab,
• Switch to any activity tab and back to "All" tab,
• Refresh the page
