      Hi All,

Thank you all for your comments and helping us get to the cause of the issue. We've identified and fixed the original problem within Jira, and released the fix in version 9.1.1 and 9.2.0.

Through our investigation, we've identified that one of the problems may manifest through 3rd party applications. We've also been in touch with affected known partners (Zephyr), and they have been working on the fix as well that has been released in 9.0.2.90209572. It is possible that similar looking issues may occur with other third parties and we've developed a process to identify whether this is a Jira or a 3rd party cause.

      • check console for any suspicious errors/logs appearing there
      • let us know on what kind of page the issue occurs, along with the list of enabled plugins for that instance,
      • outline reproduction steps we should follow to replicate the issue

Unfortunately, it looks like the original issue or something similar to it in Jira is still persisting. We are continuing our investigation. We are aiming to ship the fix for Jira 9.4.0.
