Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Jira Scrum project, navigate to the Report link in the sidebar.
2. In the available reports page, select the Burndown charts option.
3. In the Burndown charts navigate to the "Story points" and "Sample sprint" dropdown menu elements.

Fix this issue by using ONE of the following techniques:
1. Use an HTML <select> element with <option> elements to create the drop-down menu.
