Issue Summary

The element appears and functions like a combobox but is missing required ARIA role(s) and/or attribute(s).

Note: The element appears and functions as Combobox whereas, the current role is defined as a link which is not an appropriate role for this control.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Jira Scrum project, navigate to the Report link in the sidebar.
2. In the available reports page, select the Burndown charts option.
3. In the Burndown charts navigate to the "Story points" and "Sample sprint" dropdown menu elements.

Fix this issue by using ONE of the following techniques:
1. Use an HTML <select> element with <option> elements to create the drop-down menu.
