Issue Summary

Universal Plugin Manager version 5.0.3 bundled with Jira server 8.20.7 is an unsupported version as per UPM version history.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira server 8.20.7 and verify the UPM version.
2. Check the bundled UPM under Manage Apps page.

Expected Results

Bundled system apps supported by corresponding Jira version

Actual Results

UPM version bundled with Jira 8.20.7 is 5.0.3 which is not a supported version as per the UPM version history page. UPM 5.0.3 is only supported from 8.18.0 until 8.19.1 as per the page.

Workaround

Upgrade UPM after Jira install to a supported version.
