Issue Description

The menu pop-up button for "Story Points" is not getting activated with Keyboard keys i.e Space/Enter. Moreover element coded inapproriately due to which it is announcing as group instead of menu pop-up button.

STR

1. Navigate to "Releases" link present in left navigation menu and activate it.
2. Navigate to "Story Points" menu pop-up button and try to activate it with Space/Enter key.

Actual Behaviour

When screen reader and keyboard only users try to activate "Story Points" menu pop-up button with Enter/Space key it is not getting activated. As a result functionality associated to this menu pop-up button is inaccessible for screen reader and keyboard only users.

Expected Behaviour

The menu pop-up button for "Story Points" should get activated with Keyboard Enter/Space key. Also the menu pop-up items should be announced by screen reader when user navigates in it with up/down keys.
