Description
Issue Summary
On the reports page, the selection lists for the "Sprint" and the "Story Points" cannot be operated with the keyboard when using the JAWS screen reader in Firefox browser.
The environment used for the test:
- Windows 10
- JAWS 2021
- Local Sandbox Jira DC 8.13.3
- Board with 3 Sprints (1 closed, 2 active sprints "Sample Sprint 1", "Sample Sprint 2", "Sample Sprint 3")
- Chrome 92.0.4515.107
- Firefox 90.0.2.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Board, select Reports > "BurnDown Menu";
- Press <tab> until reaching the Sprint Selection box;
- We will hear:
Sample Sprint 3 link
- Press <space> or <enter>;
- We will hear the pressed key (enter or space);
Expected Results
(observed on the same environment using Chrome)
- The available sprints will be listed;
- We will hear:
Selected Sample Sprint 3

to move to an item press the arrow keys - Pressing <arrow down> <arrow up> it is possible to navigate the options, hearing each one of them;
- Pressing <Enter> selects the option.
Actual Results
When pressing <space> key:
- The browser scroll down the screen instead of expanding the list of options;
When pressing <enter> key:
- Nothing happens.
Workaround
Option 1: Use Chrome 92.0.4515.107 instead of Firefox 90.0.2;
Option 2: Use MacOS with the VoiceOver reader.
