Hello team!
Someone who is supposed to approve a request (e.g. a new business phone or changes to an existing business phone contract) would like to see the object attributes (e.g. volume/price for the phone or data/sms plan) at a first glance. As of now this is not possible and the approver has to jump into the ticket instead of being able to approve from within the mail.
Are there any plans that in the (near) future Insight attributes will be available to be added to approval notifications?
