Allow user to Lock/Freeze the Jira Issues Search first row when scrolling

      Basically, when a user is on the Jira issue search page scrolls down the page, the first row, the one with the title of the columns, is also scrolled with the issues.

      This suggestion is to create a way that the users can lock that row so it doesn't scroll together with the issues.
