Hello Atlassian Team,

Being a developer working on App migration, if some problem happens when migrating App data, the migration plan continue to work DEFINITELY which affects a lot the performance of loading the plans and starting a migration.

It would be awesome to have the ability to stop the plan at any time (when start migration or when data are being sent or when there is any problem during data sending)
