Check all Checkbox on "Edit Project Roles for User" page not working for categorized projects

Issue Summary

In the "Edit Project Roles for User" we can check/uncheck-all from uncategorized projects normally, but when you click on the check/uncheck-all for categorized projects it doesn't work.
It doesn't affect the functionality, just the behavior of the checkbox in the UI.
The roles can still be selected manually and work just as intended.

Steps to Reproduce

See the attached screen capture:

• Tested in the Jira 8.17.0 version.

Expected Results

Check/Uncheck-all should work in categorized projects as well.

Actual Results

The check/uncheck-all doesn't work on the categorized projects section.

Workaround

Couldn't find a way to fix this.
Suggestions appreciated.
