Issue Summary

A User who has permission to Edit Dashboard loses its Edit permission when the Dashboard is shared with a Group of which User is not part of.

Steps to Reproduce

• Created a new Dashboard: Test Dashboard
• agent1 was given the Edit permission to Dashboard
• The Dashboard is shared with group: jira-software-users and agent1 is part of the group
• Logged in as agent1 and I could see I am able to Edit the Dashboard

• The Dashboard is shared with another group: jira-software-users-1 for which agent1 is NOT part of the group. I could see the Edit permission is removed for the user: agent1

Expected Results

agent1 should still have the Edit permission

Actual Results

agent1 looses the permission to Edit Dashboard

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
