Issue Summary

The plugin data storage option does not render by going to Jira administration>System >plugin data storage. this bug has been identified in UNIX installation 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Jira administration>System >plugin data storage
2. You will the option here does not show any results

Expected Results

It should show all the plugins and related table information

Actual Results

This option does not render any results

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
