Issue Summary
In Jira 8.12 there were accessibility improvements associated with focus management for keyboard-only users and as a result, blue frames started to appear unexpectedly on the user interface.
Steps to Reproduce
- Install one of the affected versions.
- Upgrade your browser to one of its more recent versions.
- Click on the Jira Administration Icon > Projects.
- Select the correct project from the list.
- You should be taken to the Project settings page. Click on Users and Roles at the sidebar.
- Click on the Add users to a role button.
Expected Results
- The user interface will be properly displayed.
