The activity of users downloading attachments from Jira issue.

Customer does not want to use plugins due to:

• Error caused by Addons
• Cost

Suggested Solution

It will be useful to have auditing logs to track user's activity when downloading attachments from the issue in Jira. This is helpful for administrators or security team to be able to track attachment downloaded.
