When adding user to a role in Users and roles page, all options of roles will shown in Role dropdown. If customers have added many project roles, it is too hard for customer to find the correct one from too many options.

The customer suggests  that if Role dropdown only shows the options, which are related to the project(the ones have been associated with permission schemes, notification schemes, workflow conditions, etc.), it will be easy to manage.
