The workflow integrity check for the currentstep needs to be reinstated in the workflow activation check and the intergrity checker itself.
The integrity check needs to determine if the current status has any further available steps - if so, it should look at the current step. If the current status is final - i.e. the issue cannot be moved to any other status - the integrity check should not look at the current step as it has been removed.
This logic needs to be in place for the workflow activation check and the integrity check itself.
