      Issue Summary

      After archiving an issue development panel on issue view disappears.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect Jira with Bitbucket
      2. Create an issue
      3. Check issue view -> verify if development panel on right side is visible
      4. Archive this issue
      5. Check issue view -> verify if development panel on right side is visible

      Expected Results

      5. Development panel is visible

      Actual Results

      5. Development is not visible on issue view

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

      Root cause

      ProjectPermissions.VIEW_DEV_TOOLS is restricted for archived issues.
