Issue Summary
Service Desk 'Customer Request Type' field value does not show in exported printable format
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any Service desk issue
- Add 'Customer Request Type' field to the issue
- Click Export > Printable
Expected Results
Customer Request Type values get exported
Actual Results
Customer Request Type are blank in the printable export.

There is no workaround.
