Jira cannot differentiate when the two attachments with the same name are inserted in two separate comments.

Issue Summary

Jira cannot differentiate when the two attachments with the same name are inserted in two separate comments using the browse option in WYSIWYG editor

Steps to Reproduce

Create sample JSW project
Create a JSW issue
update the issue comment with image B (image.png)
update a new comment with image C (image.png)

Expected Results

Jira should be able to differentiate between two different attachments with same name when they are added in different comments

Actual Results

Jira is unable differentiate between the attachments.
When the attachment is an image and another image with the same name is attached, the previous comments with inline image/attachments will be pointed to the latest updated image (including the thumbnails)

Workaround

After adding the attachment in the comment and then saving it.You need to update the reference of the attachment in the comment.
