I am trying to find ways to monitor the health of our Jira installation. Having easy access to mail queue sizes, database table sizes, scheduler details, memory usage, active users and other items from the System Info. My preference would be SNMP, as many tools I currently use to monitor the servers can pull, collect and alert based on that data. However, I am open for other suggestions, even if it is just an automated script that generated a CSV file with this information every five minues.
I would be interested to hear other ways people keep track that their JIRA system is functioning smoothly.
