Description
When the Workflow Current Step Integrity Checker encounters an Issue that has an invalid status (another issue) it dies with a Null pointer and don't solve it.
An issue can have an invalid status (one that does not exist for the workflow) if a Workflow Migration or Bulk Move died halfway through.
This problem can be noticed when browsing/searching for issues, but finding the problematic issue often happens in the integrity checker
- After running the integrity checker you should have the issue ID of the problematic issue
- Go to that issue to view it
- Clone it: (More actions > Clone)
Note that comments are lost during the cloning operation. - Delete it: (More actions > Delete)
OR
- Change the Issue Type of the issue (the new type must have a different workflow)
- Change it back to its original Issue Type
