All of our scoping estimates are done in hours. JIRA converts these estimates to days or weeks when displaying them. Is there any way to configure JIRA to always use a particular unit of time (e.g. hours) when displaying effort estimates? If not, it would be nice to be able to configure this. It would also be nice to be able to assign a number of hours per day that a particular user is available when doing the conversion from hours to days. I found a setting to specify # of hours per day on a system-wide basis, but I couldn't find a place to set this on a per-user basis.
